• Images and video from security cameras located in common areas at our SKYE Texas Hill Country Resort property and audio information from your telephone communications with us which may be recorded

3. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Our sites are not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. Although most portions of our sites are directed to general audiences, it is our policy to not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information about visitors who are under 13 years of age. If we become aware that we have collected such information without parental or guardian consent or other than in a manner authorized by law, we will promptly delete such information from our servers.
