Check-In
Check-in for Cabins and Nature Pods: 4:00 pm or after.
An arrangement MUST be made with Resort Management for check-in after 5:00 p.m. Failure to do so could result in an automatic cancellation and a fee.
Check-Out
Check-out time: 11:00am.
Late check-out without prior agreement: $50 fee.
After 2:00pm: charged full nightly rate.
Front Office Hours
Mon–Thu: 8:00am–6:00pm
Fri–Sat: 8:00am–8:00pm
Sun: 8:00am–5:00pm
After-Hours Support
Call 888-412-7555 for after-hours assistance.
Forms of Payment
Payment due in full before or at arrival.
Credit or debit cards only.
Deposits
50% deposit required when booking.
Holidays: full payment required.
Cancellations
- 8+ days before: full refund minus $20 fee.
- Within 7 days: refund minus 1-night stay.
- No refunds for no-shows, shortened stays, early departures, or inclement weather.
- Holiday/event reservations are non-refundable.
- Credits must be used within 1 year.
General Resort Guidelines
- Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult in all common areas.
- No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
- No glass in pool areas. Clean-up fees apply.
- Bike/scooter use allowed on paved surfaces only. Helmets required. No skateboards or rollerblades.
- No disruptive behavior or illegal substances.
- Driving under the influence results in removal.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service.
Wildlife
Do not feed, touch, or approach wildlife. Store food securely. Keep pets under control.
Roads & Speed Limit
Valid license required. 10mph speed limit. One-way system in place. Drive only on asphalt surfaces.
Pool and Sports Facilities
Open 8:00am–10:00pm (weather permitting). Equipment available at the front desk. Fees for lost/damaged items.
Quiet Time
Sun–Thu: 10:00pm–7:00am
Fri–Sat: 11:00pm–7:00am
Safety After Dark
Use a flashlight. No bike/scooter riding after dark.
Dumpsters
Bag and place garbage in designated cans. No bulky items. Break down boxes.
Campfires
Campfires not permitted. Firepits allowed when not under burn bans or red flag warnings. Do not leave fires unattended.
Picnic Tables
Do not move tables or patio chairs between sites.
Clotheslines
Not permitted anywhere in the resort.
Fireworks and Firearms
No fireworks. Licensed firearms must be safely stored in vehicles. No BB, Airsoft, pellet guns, hunting, or fishing.
Guest Visitors
Visitors must register at the front desk. Fees apply for use of resort facilities.
Lost and Found
Check with the front desk for missing items.
Pet Policy
- Max 2 pets per unit. $35/night per pet.
- Pets must be leashed and supervised.
- No pets in common buildings or pool (except service animals).
- Owners liable for damages caused by pets.
Rules and Regulations
Management may revise rules. Guests are encouraged to offer feedback.
Liability
SKYE is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses from natural or external causes. Guests must have valid registration and insurance.
General
Guests agree to all policies upon check-in. Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.
