RV Guests FAQ

What time is check-in and check-out for RV guests?

Check-in for RV sites begins at 2:00 PM. If you’ll be arriving after 5:00 PM, just give us a call ahead of time so we can make arrangements for your arrival—otherwise, your reservation may be canceled. Check-out time is 11:00 AM, and we ask that you adhere to it so we can prepare the site for our next guest. If you check out after 11:00 AM without prior approval, there’s a $50 late fee. After 2:00 PM, you’ll be charged for an additional night. Thank you for helping us keep everything running smoothly!

What is your cancellation policy for RV reservations?

Life happens - we get it! If you need to cancel your stay, simply send us an email at [email protected]. Cancellations made more than 8 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund, minus a $20 processing fee. If it’s within 7 days, we’ll refund your payment minus the cost of a one-night stay. We’re unable to offer refunds for early departures or bad weather. And please keep in mind, reservations during holidays or local events are non-refundable.

Can I bring my pets to the resort with my RV?

Absolutely—dogs are welcome here at SKYE! Each RV site allows up to two dogs. If you’re traveling with more than two, an extra fee of $25 per night applies. We do ask that all pets stay leashed and are never left unattended in your rig. Please pick up after your dogs and keep them out of the pool area and ponds. Service animals are, of course, always welcome, but they must be vested while working. You’ll be asked to review and sign our pet policy when you check in.

Are there any restrictions on RV type or setup?

Yes, we have a few guidelines to maintain the quality and aesthetic of the resort. RVs older than 7 years must be pre-approved—just send a few photos to [email protected] for review. Unfortunately, pop-up campers, tents, horse trailers, and rigs with window A/C units aren’t permitted. We also don’t allow carpets on the grass, decks, or other site add-ons. Please check with management about approved parking areas if you have any trailers or extra vehicles. We aim to provide a clean, organized space for all guests.
