Introducing SKYE Estates
Located on the northern edge of our resort, SKYE Estates Winery is a 23-acre vineyard nestled in the heart of Texas Hill Country. Owned and managed by the resort, the vineyard began operations in 2021 and has quickly become one of the most anticipated experiences for guests. Our first harvest took place in 2024, and we proudly introduced our first vintage to Club Haus guests in April 2025. Vineyard tours are available upon request and offer a unique way to experience the land, grapes, and stories behind each bottle.

Exclusive Sawtelle Sake
Sawtelle Sake is a one of a kind sake seltzer available in Texas. Sawtelle Sake is a Japanese-inspired carbonated sake drink made from Rice and Herbal Tea, Fresh Citrus and Japanese Rock Sugar. The resort offers four flavors: Yuzu Chamomile, Hibiscus Ginger, Spirulina Citrus, and Ube Dragon Fruit.
Spirulina Citrus (also known as the “blue can”) was awarded as the Best Consumers’ Choice at the American Craft Sake Festival, held in Hot Springs, Arkansas, in April 2025.
The resort is the sole distributor of Sawtelle Sake in the State of Texas.
SKYE BISTRO BITES
Chef’s table at the resort – the resort offers SKYE BISTRO. Texan favorites – Texas Tots, Texas Tornado (Taquito), Hill Country Dog, Cowboy Curds – and other assorted plates are available for you to indulge SKYE Texas-style “Sip and Savor”.
