SKYE is built to take that off your plate. Parents get estate wine and quiet. Kids get the pool, the courts, the carts and the trails. Whether you’re in a cabin, a nature pod or an RV site, everything sits inside the same twenty-three acres.

Club Haus

The Club Haus is the heart of the property — the main gathering space, wrapped in windows that look out over the vineyard, the pool, and the deer feeder. Inside you’ll find board games, a fireplace lit through the
cooler months, and live music on select nights. It’s open to all guests, and it’s where we host our wine tastings (the one time it closes to the public) as well as private events.

Trails, Ponds & Wildlife

Twenty-three acres to explore on foot or by cart — mesquite and oak, three ponds, and the wildlife that comes with them. After dark, it’s a Dark Sky Community, which mostly means you can see the Milky Way.

Resort Amenities FAQ

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome at SKYE Texas Hill Country Resort. However, aggressive animals and certain breeds are not permitted. All dogs must be leashed and under owners’ supervision/control while outside. Please extend and follow common courtesies with pet ownership around other guests.

All guests are expected to pick up after their furry companion.

Pets are not allowed in common buildings or swimming pool areas unless they are a service animal. Service animals must be vested while working and are prohibited from entering the pool enclosure.

Please keep dogs out of the ponds.

All Owners must sign and acknowledge the Resort Pet Policy upon check-in, accepting liability for their pet as you will be responsible for any damages, injuries, and fees that are incurred during their stay.

What are the pool hours?

9am to 10pm.

Do the amenities cost extra?

The pool, spa, courts, trails and Wi-Fi are included with your stay. Electric cart rentals and fast EV charging are paid add-ons.

Do I need to reserve a court?

There’s a sign-up sheet for court time, and equipment checks out at the front desk

Is the property accessible?

Yes — we have ADA-accessible cabins available, and the pool and common areas include wheelchair-accessible areas. Let us know what you need and we’ll help you find the right fit.
