Check-In
- Cabins and Nature Pods: 4:00pm or after
- RVs: 1:00pm or after
- After 5:00pm: Arrangement MUST be made with Resort Management
Check-Out
- Cabins and Nature Pods: 11:00am
- RVs: 12:00pm
- Late check-out without notice: $50 fee; after 2pm = full nightly rate

Mon–Thu: 8am–6pm
Fri–Sat: 8am–8pm
Sun: 8am–5pm

Forms of Payment
- Payment required before/upon arrival
- Credit/Debit cards only
Deposits
- 50% deposit at booking
- Monthly RV: +$100 electricity/month
- Holiday periods: full payment due at booking
Holiday Dates
- Christmas to New Year’s (Dec 23–Jan 3)
- Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Oktoberfest
- Thanksgiving (Nov 25–29, 2025)
Cancellations
- Email required: rm@skyetexashillcountry.com
- 8+ days: full refund minus $20 fee
- Within 7 days: refund minus one-night stay
- No-shows: full forfeiture
- No refunds for weather or early departure
- Holiday/event reservations are non-refundable
General Resort Guidelines
- No glass in pool areas
- Children under 14 must be supervised
- No lifeguard; swim at your own risk
- Swimwear required
- Bikes/scooters: paved roads only, helmets required
- No skateboards, rollerblades, or bikes inside buildings
- No disruptive behavior or illegal drug use
- No DUI or driving electric carts intoxicated
Wildlife
- Observe only, do not feed or approach
- Store trash and food securely
Roads & Speed Limit
- 10 mph limit
- Valid driver’s license required
- One-way system observed in large areas
Pool & Sports Facilities
- Open 8am–10pm weather permitting
- Borrow equipment at Front Desk
Quiet Time
- Sun–Thu: 10pm–7am
- Fri–Sat: 11pm–7am
Safety After Dark
- Use a flashlight
- No bikes or scooters at night
Dumpsters
- Trash must be bagged
- No bulky items in bins
Campfires
- Not permitted except in designated pits
- Burn bans enforced — propane only
Picnic Tables
Do not move them
Clotheslines
Not permitted
Fireworks and Weapons
- No fireworks, BB, Airsoft, pellet guns
- Handguns allowed only if stored securely
Guest Visitors
- Must register at Front Desk
- Daily fee applies if using resort facilities
Lost and Found

Pet Policy
- Cabins/Pods: Max 2 pets, $35/pet/night
- RVs: Max 2 dogs/site; extras $25/dog/night
- Leash required, no pool or building access
Septic System
- No wipes or feminine products
- Secure hoses properly
RV Guidelines
- Keep exterior tidy
- All RVs subject to visual approval
- No tents, horse trailers, pop-ups, window A/Cs
RV Add-Ons
No carpets, decks, or site modifications
RV Site Occupancy
- Max 6 people per site
- Max 1 RV + 2 vehicles/site
- Parking only on driveways
RV Site Clean Up Fee
$100 fee for litter, oil, food, etc.
