Resort Policies & Procedures – Cabins and Nature Pods

Check-In
Check-in for Cabins and Nature Pods is 4:00pm or after. Arrivals after 5:00pm must coordinate with Resort Management in advance to avoid cancellation and possible fees.
Check-Out
Check-out is at 11:00am. Late check-outs without prior agreement will be charged a $50.00 fee. After 2:00pm, the full nightly rate applies.
Front Office Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Friday and Saturday: 8:00am – 8:00pm
Sunday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
The Club House is open during these hours as well.
After-Hours Support
Call 888-412-7555 to be transferred to our after-hours team after the office closes.
General Guest Guidelines
- Children under 14 must be supervised by someone 18 or older in all common areas.
- No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk.
- Swimwear must be appropriate; no glass containers in pool areas.
- Bikes/scooters only on asphalt. Helmets required. No skateboards, rollerblades, or sidewalk riding. Park bikes at Club Haus rack.
- No excessive alcohol, public intoxication, profanity, or illegal drug use.
- Driving under the influence of any substance is prohibited.
- Resort reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests for policy violations.
Wildlife
- Observe from a distance – no feeding or approaching.
- Secure food and trash.
- Be mindful during mating, nesting, or winter seasons.
- Dogs must be controlled at all times.
Roads & Speed Limit
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Speed limit is 10mph. Violators receive one warning. Further violations result in removal.
- One-way roads must be followed.
- Vehicles must stay on asphalt unless parking at designated sites.
Pool and Sports Facilities
Open 8:00am to 10:00pm (weather permitting). Sign out equipment at Front Desk and return the next morning if used at night. Damaged or unreturned items will be charged.
Quiet Time
Sunday – Thursday: 10:00pm – 7:00am
Friday – Saturday: 11:00pm – 7:00am
No loud noise, music, or running generators during these hours unless in an emergency.
Safety After Dark
Carry a flashlight after dark. No biking or scooter riding at night.
Dumpsters
Bag and dispose of trash in designated cans. Break down boxes. Do not leave bulky items in or near garbage cans.
Campfires
Campfires are not allowed. Propane grills are permitted during burn bans or red flag warnings only if attended. Notices will be posted and emailed if burn bans are in effect. No wood or charcoal fires permitted during restrictions.
Picnic Tables
Do not move picnic tables or patio furniture from designated areas.
Clotheslines
Not allowed anywhere in the resort.
Fireworks, Firearms & Weapons
- Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
- Licensed handgun owners may store weapons safely in vehicles.
- No BB, Airsoft, or pellet guns allowed.
- Hunting and fishing are not permitted on the property.
Guests Visitors
Guests must register all visitors at the Front Desk. Use of facilities incurs a daily fee.
Lost and Found
Check with the Front Desk if you lose an item around the resort.
Pet Policy
- Max 2 pets per cabin or pod. $35.00/night per pet.
- Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times.
- Owners must pick up after pets.
- Pets are not allowed in common areas or pools (service animals excepted with vest).
- Dogs must stay out of ponds.
- Pet owners are responsible for any damage or injury caused.
Rules and Regulations
SKYE may revise rules and policies. Guests are encouraged to reach out with questions or suggestions.
Liability
SKYE is not liable for loss or injury due to natural disasters, accidents, or guest behavior. Guests must maintain current registration and insurance for all vehicles.
General
It is your responsibility to inform your group of these policies. By signing the check-in form (or digital equivalent), you agree to all terms and acknowledge that non-compliance may result in removal with no refund.
