We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel, just send us an email at rm@skyetexashillcountry.com. For cancellations made 8 days or more before your arrival, you’ll receive a full refund minus a $20 processing fee. If you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date, we’ll refund you minus the cost of one night. Please note that reservations are non-refundable during holidays and major local events. And unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for early departures or inclement weather.

Absolutely—we love welcoming your furry companions! We allow up to two dogs per cabin or pod, with a $35 per night, per pet fee. Just remember, all pets must be leashed when outside and under your control at all times. Pets aren’t allowed in our common buildings or pool areas unless they’re vested service animals. And of course, please clean up after your pets and be respectful of other guests enjoying the resort. You’ll be asked to sign our pet policy upon arrival to acknowledge these rules.

For everyone’s safety, traditional wood or charcoal campfires are not permitted at SKYE. We do provide designated firepits for guest use when burn bans are not in effect. However, during State or County Burn Bans or Red Flag Warnings, only propane grills are allowed, and they must be actively attended. We’ll keep you posted with signs, emails, and front desk updates so you’re always in the know. Your safety—and that of our beautiful Hill Country environment—is our top priority.
